system that provides information directly
applicable to a tenants history. This
differentiates Tenant Check UK from other
credit referencing services available today.
The system revolves around the Tenant Check
Worldwide database. All information
submitted is by property professionals and
private landlords from their direct
experiences with their tenants.
The information contained is based upon 20
multiple choice questions, the answers to
which calculate an overall tenant profile
and risk assessment expressed as a
percentage.
There is no subjective or opinion based
information in the system, just hard facts.

First you must sign up.
Only letting agents, property managers,
accommodation providers and private
landlords may become a member. We operate
strict vetting procedures in order to
maximise the integrity of the system.
Once your account has been approved and
activated you can enter your secure member
area where you can use our full range of
services.
